PE water supply pipe for big projects
Product Introduction
The PE water pipes produced by our factory are made of medium-high density polyethylene materials such as PE80 and PE100. With their stable quality performance, they are widely used in various fields including municipal water supply and pipeline renovation.

The selection guide for PE water supply pipes is as follows:
1.Select based on working pressure: When choosing the model, the first step is to select the appropriate pressure level according to
the working pressure of the pipeline system (usually 0.6MPa, 1.0MPa, 1.25MPa and 1.6MPa), ensuring that the pipeline can withstand the system pressure.
2. Select pipe diameter based on flow rate: Different pipe diameters correspond to different water delivery capacities. It is necessary to choose an appropriate pipe diameter according to the designed flow rate and the length of the pipeline to ensure smooth water flow.
3. Consider the length and bending radius of the pipeline: PE pipe materials have good flexibility. When selecting the type, it is
possible to make choices based on the installation environment, especially the length of the pipeline and the required bending radius. This can reduce the use of joints and elbows, and lower the construction difficulty.
4. Application scenarios: For municipal water supply and rural drinking water safety projects, pipes with a diameter of 63mm or larger are usually selected. While for small-scale projects such as home water use or garden irrigation, pipes with a diameter of 20-50mm are
commonly used.
Durability and Operating Environment: Select PE pipes with excellent resistance to ultraviolet rays and corrosion. When using them in outdoor environments or in water bodies containing corrosive substances, the selection should focus on the durability of the pipe
material.
The performance characteristics of PE pipes
The environmental protection and hygiene features ensure that it does not form scale or breed bacteria, thus eliminating the secondary pollution of drinking water.
Excellent flow rate and outstanding wear resistance. The friction coefficient is extremely low when closed, and the medium passing capacity is enhanced.
High corrosion resistance
Resistant to erosion by various chemical media without electrochemical corrosion.
Interface is reliable.
The hot-melt butt welding and Zhongrongcheng insertion techniques ensure that the interface strength is higher than that of the pipe body interface, and is highly reliable.
Good flexibility
High impact resistance, high elongation at break, excellent seismic performance.
The construction is simple.
The construction process is simple.
Low cost, low maintenance expenses, significantly reducing construction costs. Long service life, under normal conditions, the service life can last up to 50 years.
Application Scenario 1: Urban Smart Water Main Network
In the smart city construction in 2026, PE water pipes are the preferred choice for the main urban water supply network. They are widely used in underground pipe galleries or directly buried underground. Combined with modern construction techniques, PE pipes can achieve seamless connections over several kilometers (through electrofusion), significantly reducing leakage rates. Coupled with the wireless sensors deployed on the network, the PE pipeline can monitor water pressure, flow rate, and water quality in real time, forming the "healthy blood vessels" of urban operations.
【Core Selling Points】: Long lifespan, zero leakage, hygienic and safe, suitable for modern construction.

Application Scenario 2: Modern Industrial Park Circulation Cooling and Wastewater System (Industrial Loop)
In the construction of industrial parks in 2026, PE water supply pipes are highly favored due to their corrosion resistance to most acids, bases, and salts. They are widely used in industrial water circulation, cooling water systems, and wastewater discharge systems that meet hygiene standards. At exhibitions and engineering sites, PE pipes, with their unique electrofusion/thermofusion connection method, can easily construct complex three-dimensional pipe networks, meeting the high requirements of industrial projects for tightness and layout flexibility.
[Core Selling Points]: Excellent corrosion resistance, suitable for chemical medium transportation, tight electrofusion connection, suitable for complex industrial layouts.
